Although the majority of deliveries reach our valued customers without issues, we stand prepared to assist you in case of any unforeseen emergencies.
Estimated Delivery Windows
Our delivery orders within Egypt take between 4-6 days.
International orders take between 14-20 days.
Not Available at the Address
If you are not available at the address when delivery is attempted, please specify a secure location to leave the package.
Re-Shipping or Self Pickup
If no secure location is available the package will be returned to our warehouse.
A customer may opt to pick up the item themselves in case they were not available at the delivery address specified.
Re-Shipping Fees
If the customer chooses not to self pick a delivery they missed they may request to have it re-shipped.
In order to ship the product again, customers will pay the additional shipping charges.​
